1. Data Encryption Standards

Data In-Transit: All data moving between your office and our Kerala delivery center is protected by TLS 1.2/1.3 (Transport Layer Security) with AES 256-bit encryption.
Data At-Rest: Any data stored temporarily on our production systems is encrypted using the AES-256 standard, the same level used by the Canadian government for TOP SECRET information.

2. Secure File Transfer (The "No-Email" Policy)

To prevent data leaks, we strictly follow a "No Sensitive Data via Email" policy.

4. PIPEDA Compliance

We align our internal workflows with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Accountability: Our designated Privacy Officer (Founder) oversees all data handling practices.
Data Minimization: We only request and store the specific data required to perform our bookkeeping duties.
Deletion Policy: Once a project is completed or a contract is terminated, all client data is securely purged from our local systems in accordance with Canadian record-keeping laws.
